SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:
All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We offer the following shipping options for UK orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days – £200

  • collection is free (south staffordshire)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the time of year. Please note that during busy periods, such as holidays, delivery times may be longer.

Delivery Delays:
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, courier issues, etc.). We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will keep you informed if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently only ship to addresses within the UK. We do not ship to international locations at this time.

Order Tracking:

Lost or Damaged Items:
If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of any damage to the product or packaging for our records. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory solution.

Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
