If you are not happy with your ice bath within the first 14 days, you can request a full refund. Our team only wants the best experience for you, so we will always try to resolve any issues over the phone or by email. If the full 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund for your ice bath. However, if you desire a change in design, colour, or a different bath, we will always try to assist and may offer an exchange. If it’s something you really don’t want, we will try to help and may even assist in the sale of your bath as a second-hand product. However, it is extremely rare for us to have any customers who are not satisfied with their new ice bath!
in the event of a return. we will cover 50% of the shipping (100% in faulty items) if you are not happy with your new ice bath. once received we shall inspect the icebath and then issue the refund once our factory has confirmed the bath is in original sale condition.
In the unlikely event that your ice bath arrives faulty or damaged, we require contact within 24 hours of receipt, along with photos showing the damage to the product.
